I would like to thank the whole team of Crazy Fitness Gym(Navy Gate, TCA) and special thanks to my coach Raheesh. These trainers are truly wonderful, gentle, patient, kind, understanding and thoughtful. The gym is very clean and tidy. Their equipment is of high quality. I would strongly recommend Mr.Raheesh as your personal trainer. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. He has been my trainer for over 2 months and I can see remarkable results in my mobility and fitness level. He prepared a very good exercise plan for both my upper and lower body. During training, he is very careful to ensure that all exercises are done correctly, to avoid the possibility of injury. His motivation makes even the hardest workout much easier to bear. They genuinely care about your progress. The owner is very friendly and approachable, always ensuring the gym is well-maintained and members are happy. Crazy Fitness Gym... Title really suits well .. as the team is doing well over making fitness standards really high.... Ambience once enter inside is really gud... cleanliness, smooth music to suit over different kind of nationalities doing work out , Separate lockers , No's of different Gym equipments are in balanced quantity to take up load . All the trainers are Gud. My Trainer Mr Rahees is humble , polite and having very sound knowledge on fitness planning . As I am first timer in gym ,he is doing great work to help me on achieve my fitness goal since last one and half month. He is encouraging and helping me to do workout safely .
